Delivery times and charges
We care for your products. That is why we will pack them with loving care. We use Fully trackable Postage service with Signature for Delivery.
Most countries we will charge a flat rate fee (please refer to list below) dependent of the value of the merchandise. Included in this fee are all the handling charges, packing costs, shipping costs, and the necessary papers.

For non EU countries: The customer is responsible for the import taxes charged by customs. Those taxes depend on the import rules of the country shipment will be received at. Please contact your customs office for more information.

Is a partial delivery possible?
No, a partial delivery is not possible. Should you wish to order some articles that are to be delivered immediately and other articles that are to be delivered at a later stage, we would ask you to submit two orders. This is the only way to ensure that you receive the immediately deliverable articles. If you order both the articles to be delivered immediately as well as the articles to be delivered later in one order, you will receive the entire order at a later stage.

How can I check on the status of my delivery?
You will receive an e-mail with a tracking code as soon as the package has been picked from our warehouse.
