The registration in "My TopPerfumery" does not work
Please check if you typed your e-mail address correctly. Did you maybe use a different e-mail address in the past? Is the password correct? You need at least a 6-digit combination of letters and numbers. Possible letters are upper and/or lower case A-Z, and the numbers 0-9.

I forgot my password. How will I get a new password?
Please go to "My TopPerfumery", located in the upper right hand corner of your screen. Click on the link ”Forgot password? “ and enter your e-mail address. We will send an e-mail with an link to reset the password to your inbox.

How do I change my password?
Please go to "My TopPerfumery", located in the upper right-hand corner of your screen. In "My TopPerfumery" you will find the menu “Change password“. Please put in your old password, enter your new password and confirm the new password. The new password must have at least a 6-digit letter/number combination.

How do I change my billing address?
In "My TopPerfumery" you’ll find the option “Update your profile”. You will be able to change the billing address, your phone number and your e-mail address.

How do I change my delivery address?
In "My TopPerfumery" you‘ll find the menu "Update your profile".

How do I delete my customer account?
Please use the contact form to notify our customer service of your wish to discontinue your account.
